What is Do Good Box? 

Do Good Box delivers interest-based subscription and gift boxes, filled with the best American-made and quality goods. Get ready to be blown away by the awesome variety and great, all-American quality of the brands and products featured in our boxes. 

Based on your answers to a few simple questions, we customize a gift box plan that you are sure to love! You may receive the “Zero Waster - Reusables Box” in quarter 1 and “Life Break - it’s spa bath time” in quarter 2. You may never receive the “Mans Man” box because it is not of interest to you!

Depending on the gift box theme, each box includes 4 to 12 high quality products, valued at $75+. Examples of gift box themes for adults and teens: Zero Waster – Reusables, Happy Dog, White Elephant, Mans Man, Life Break - It’s Spa Bath Time.

How much does it cost?

We currently offer quarterly subscription plans, prepaid subscription plans and one-time gift boxes.

Quarterly plan = $45 USD per quarter plus shipping and applicable taxes. Auto-renews every quarter. Do Good Box will arrive at your door 1 time every 3 months. This box is billed 1 time every 3 months. View Quarterly $45 Subscription Box.

Prepay for 2 boxes / 2 quarters = $90 USD ($45 per box, per quarter) plus shipping and applicable taxes. Prepay for 2 boxes, 1 box every 3 months, 2 boxes in total, does not auto renew. View Prepaid Subscription Box.

Shipping within the US varies by size and weight of box. Shipping cost is displayed in the cart. 

Can I send just one or two boxes?

Yes! We currently offer quarterly subscription plans, prepaid subscription plans and one-time gift boxes.

How do I give a Do Good Box as a gift?

Prepaid subscription plans and one-time gift boxes are perfect for gifts. Prepaid subscriptions do not auto-renew. Send 1, 2, 3 or 4 boxes, as the gift that keeps on giving!

When do subscription and gift boxes ship?

We ship Quarterly and Prepaid Subscriptions the 2nd week of each month. The first box ships within 2 weeks of order.

Example:

Order placed November 1st, 2021 for Quarterly subscription box
First box ships by November 12th, 2021 (i.e. within 2 week post order)
Second box ships the week of February 7th, 2022 (i.e. every 3 months, 2nd week of the month)
Third box ships May 9th, 2022 (i.e. every 3 months, 2nd week of the month)

Once your box ships, you will receive an email shipping notice with tracking number.

Will I receive the same item twice?

No, but you may want to! We keep track of boxes and items sent to each client to ensure no duplicates are sent. We also create a custom box plan especially for you based on your answers to a few questions.

Can you please explain the process from payment to shipment?

Quarterly & Prepaid Subscriptions:

Payment: after we process your payment, we send you a questionnaire with 3 simple questions.
Questionnaire: please complete questionnaire for optimal subscription box experience. We review your answers and design a gift box plan.
Shipping: we ship Quarterly and Prepaid Subscriptions the 2nd week of each month. The first box ships within 2 weeks of order.
Tracking: we email tracking information to the email address on the account.
Renewal: prepaid subscriptions do not auto-renew. Quarterly subscriptions auto-renew every 3 months.

One-time Gift Boxes:

Payment: after we process your payment, the gift box ships within 2 business days.
Shipping: We ship via USPS and UPS, and shipment tracking information will be emailed to the email address on the account.

What's your cancellation policy?

Quarterly subscription: if you would like to cancel your membership, you must do so 30 days prior to the next bill date or delivery, or you will continue to be billed for the following quarterly box. To cancel, log into your account or select the magic link contained in every subscription email.

In your account, select Subscriptions, select Active, select Cancel my subscription.

You will receive a confirmation email after you have canceled. 

Prepaid subscription: prepaid subscriptions may not be cancelled.

How do I change my address (or any other account info)?
